specifically sizes 8.5, 9, 9.5

My daughter who is seven years old, wears a size 4. I want to get her some hiking shoes but cannot find affordable girl hiking shoes in her size. However there are plenty of affordable boy hiking shoes. I know that from toddler sizes to size 13, shoe sizes are the same for both boys and girls but not sure at what point that changes.

My twins are 5, going into kindergarten soon. I just found out that they aren’t allowed to wear lace-up shoes to school, and have to wear velcro instead. They mastered a knot that will hold but can be easily untied last year and have been wearing lace-up sneakers since, but now I guess it’s back to velcro. This policy goes up to 4th grade
Can some explain why even kids who can tie a decent knot aren’t allowed to do so, and why kids are apparently incapable of this skill until they’re 9?

The movie is a kid he lives in a poor family and one day his shoe was to jacked up to wear so he had to wear his sisters, they were pink so he colored them black with perment marker, when he was turning on the water thingy for the plants the color went off ( he was late for the bus after…) There was a new girl at school they became like best friends, they find a magical place(across a river) one day the girl drowned in it when the water was to high (she was trying to go over on the rope) when the boy brung his lil sister to the place he built a castle kindof….

Simple enough, I’m looking to buy some (just for goofs/play) high heels (not that high really) shoes for my 3 year old niece. I’m just having trouble finding anyone that sells them. I know the risk of kids wearing heels and so these are not for traipsing about the town but rather just playing at home (acting like mommy lol)

I bought shoes from wal mart and colored them the way an anime charicters look.Is it ilegal to sell these on ebay for more than I paid for the shoes?
